At The BodyHoliday we run a series of themed months that include:

  • WellFit® – a week of intensive outdoor fitness training and workshops; a Bootcamp for weight loss, toning and aerobic fitness. Wellfit has been hosted by a number of Olympic Champions over the past three years.
